Experience

Cristina Campabadal is the founder and CEO of CC Global Advisory. She is a professional with 20 years of experience in the financial industry and in corporate advisory, including 10 years in the United States. Throughout her career, she has held key roles in several financial institutions and in different geographic locations (Barcelona, Miami, and NYC). 

Cristina is an expert in investment and business strategy and has been recognized as one of the 'Top 100 People in Finance USA' in 2021 by NYC Magazine, rewarding her professional career in the US. She has also been named twice as one of the 'Top 100 Young Economic Leaders in Spain' in 2018 and 2019 by the prestigious Choiseul Institute.

She is currently an advisor at Dreavent, a Boston-based biotech investment firm, and works at ESADE University in Barcelona.

Prior to founding CC Global Advisory in 2023, Cristina founded CCS Finanzas LLC, in 2017 in Miami, a firm specializing in helping high-net-worth families from Latin America with their investments.

She began her career in banking in Spain, where she worked for seven years at BBVA Bank. She then settled in Miami, where she worked at Banco Santander Private Banking managing a portfolio of fortunes in Latin America, specifically Colombia and Perú.

She later specialized in Multi-Family office advisory and worked in several financial institutions in the US, including Octavia Wealth Advisors, LifeInvest Wealth Management, GBS Finance, and WE Family Offices, with offices in Miami and NYC.

Campabadal is an experienced speaker and has participated in numerous Multifamily Offices, Private Banking, and international investment events, mostly in Miami and NYC, as well as in others cities in the US and Spain, since 2017.

Her social commitment is evident through her role as Ambassador in Latin America for the Vicente Ferrer Foundation USA since 2018, a non-profit organization that helps rural India. She is also a Senior Advisor for the National Foundation for Cancer Research in the United States, since 2020.

Academically, she has completed executive education programs, including a program at the Yale School of Management on Women's Leadership (2022), Harvard Business School's Emerging Economies program online (2018), attended the University of Miami's SMART program in Financial Management (2013) and the Business Executive Program at ELC, Boston (2011). She studied Economics at the University of Barcelona (2005).

In her spare time, Cristina is a writer of novels, short stories, and children's stories. She has published the novel "18 Hyperbolic Stories and an Enigma". She is also a columnist at Yahoo Finance USA, Latin America, and Spain, where she has written articles about global investments and the international economic situation since 2017.

I handled each project's budget, calculated future cash flows, and required rates of return, and was involved in each financing process. Investment committee member. I also gave support to the sales force by analyzing current positions and creating new investment proposals within fixed-income markets. Main tools used: Bloomberg, Morningstar, Netx360, and Microsoft Office. For the prior 2 years, I was conducting investment recommendations for global bonds and offshore mutual funds, with market research by country, industry, and credit rating. I was in charge of all in-house mutual funds performance evaluations, comparing them with their peers inside the Mexican market. Achievements: I created automated reports based on graphs and real-time tools that daily supplied with analytical information to the investment board. I earned my Figure III to become a financial advisor by the Mexican Association of Financial Intermediaries (AMIB).

Alfredo A. Pickman has more than 25 years of experience in the financial markets and the investment industry, with a professional career in national and international entities in financial centers such as Madrid, London, Lisbon, and New York.

He has held roles and responsibilities, allowing him to acquire solid experience in global financial markets. Expertise focused on macroeconomics, capital markets, corporate finance, investment management, company valuation, and fundamental analysis.

He currently combines his role as Advisor at CC Global Advisory, with CEO and Partner at the M&A firm Advistoy VestBio Capital, connecting the best impact biotech companies with investors, through professional capital management and a world-class scientific team in one company, thus being part of the evolution of the most promising companies in the world.

He began his career at Morgan Stanley Management in 1996, as a member of the Fixed Income team, and subsequently became responsible for Funds of Funds and Pension Funds. In the Equities department, he was a Financial sector analyst (Banking, Insurance, and Real Estate), macroeconomic and sector analyst for Asia excluding Japan, Eastern Europe, and LATAM regions, and manager of the Morgan Stanley Latin American Fund and the Morgan Stanley Gestión Bolsa Emergente.

Within Banco Alcalá, the Spanish subsidiary of the group, he was Director of Investments, Strategy, and Advisory at Banco Alcalá, Head of Advisory (financial, real estate, private equity, and other assets) and Wealth Planning at Banco Alcalá Wealth Management. He was also the Investment Director of Gesalcalá SGIIC.

He was the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Economist of the investment area of Key Capital Partners and co-manager of the Key Capital Ocho fund, combining traditional global equity investing with the use of derivatives.

Since 2021, he has been an Associate Professor at IE Business School and IE University, where he teaches Corporate Finance and Capital Markets, both at the university and in the Postgraduate programs (MBA and Executive MBA).

Luis Gualda

Luis Gualda has 25 years of experience in the digital industry. He combines his role as CDO at CC Global Advisory, with his work as Digital Project Manager at the communication agency, Coonic (Malaga, Madrid, Bilbao).

He is also the founder and CEO of VisualPoint Interactive (since 2011), where he designs and manages projects in product design, marketing, and digital transformation for companies and agencies in Europe and the US.

He has digital expertise in multiple sectors: telecommunications, software, advertising, retail, food, health, finance, energy, sports, hospitality, tourism, education, legal, art, architecture, real estate and public sector.

It has been an ICT provider approved by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, successfully designing and developing projects subsidized by the European Union for the digital transformation of SMEs.

Previously, he spent 7 years as co-founder, partner, and technical director at EMEfilms, a production company specializing in audiovisual advertising and production service for series and films, with works at Netflix and HBO, among other platforms.

Gualda has been one of the pioneers of UX and interaction design in Spain, working as a UX/UI designer for RSLCOM Spain, a subsidiary of RSLCOM USA, a technology multinational owned by the Estée Lauder family in the 2000s.

Previously he taught for 3 years in the Master of 3D Animation at the prestigious Trazos School (Madrid). 

Passionate about continuous learning, he has completed his training in design and coding, with several certificates in UX Design, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Marketing, from Google and, Coursera among others, Master's in Graphic Design, 3D Animation, and VFX in Trazos, as well as university education in Digital Design and Creation at UOC University.

Yuda Saydun

Yuda is the founder and president of CyVent, a cybersecurity advisory firm and solutions provider. CyVent helps security teams accelerate their transition to an AI-driven preventive posture focused on pre-empting breaches and automating security operations.

Over his earlier career as an executive at American Express, Tech Data, ClimeCo and Xerox BPO, Yuda started and scaled multiple businesses, launched dozens of new technology products, and oversaw IT service offerings.

Juan Verde

Juan Verde is an internationally renowned strategist for both the public and private sectors, with particular focus on sustainable economic development. His specialty is designing innovative strategies to attract investment, accelerate economic development, and support strategic alliances.

In the public sector, Mr. Verde was nominated by President Biden to the President’s Export Council toserve the White House in trade-related issues and expanding opportunities for American exports and businesses abroad. Mr. Verde served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Europe and Eurasia at the United States Department of Commerce under President Barack Obama. In this capacity, Mr. Verde led the Department’s efforts tosolve trade policy and market-access issues faced by U.S. firms seeking to grow their business operations in Europeand Eurasia. Additionally, he was responsible for developing and recommending policies and programs to support U.S. economic and commercial relations with 52 countries in the region. Mr. Verde previously served in the Department of Commerce during the Clinton Administration as an international trade analyst, coordinator, and consultant, working first in the Office of Latin America and later in the Minority Business Development Agency.

Within the political arena, Mr. Verde has worked to support democratic political candidates and issues for several decades. More recently, he worked on behalf of the Biden-Harris presidential campaign as a policy advisor, fundraiser, and organizer. He also served as Chair of Americans Abroad for Biden. Mr. Verde has also worked with some of today’s most relevant political figures, including former Presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, former Vice President Al Gore, the late Senator Ted Kennedy, and former Secretary of State John Kerry. Mr. Verde was also a Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Fellow during his early career.

In the private sector, Mr. Verde has served as a consultant for a variety of prestigious companies, such as Google, Cisco, SAS, American Express, and Banco Santander Investments US. He has also collaborated with institutions suchas the Inter-American Development Bank, Harvard University, and the World Bank. Currently, he is the Presidentand Founder of Alamo Solutions LLC, a boutique strategic business consulting firm. He founded and led the CanaryIslands and Gibraltar chapters of the American Chamber of Commerce and is a current member of the Board of Directors of the American Sustainable Business Council, the leading business organization in the U.S. serving the public policy interests of sustainable responsible companies, their customers and other stakeholders. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of HISPASAT, the leading satellite communications operator in Spain, Portugal, andLatin America and a member of Airbus Foundation Board of Advisors. Mr. Verde’s policy and private sector experiences have dovetailed in his efforts to promote sustainable global business practices and leadership development. He was a key advocate of Vice President Gore’s “The Climate Reality Project” and helped create its Spain and Argentina branches. Yrene Tamayo is the Managing Director of Lambert Advisory, having led multiple transactions with an aggregate value of over US$ 2BN. Her focus in the consulting practice as a former Investment Director is to bring value by understanding and executing the right legal, financial and business structure that generates risk-adjusted returns for the different stakeholders of any project.

Yrene is a member of the Advisory Board of the ILumno Foundation. Previously, she was a member of the Board of Directors of the Eisenhower Fellowships. She was also a member of the Boards of Directors of the Colombian Association of Private Equity Funds (ColCapital) and the Venezuelan American Chamber of Commerce of the United States.

Prior to joining Lambert, she was Managing Director of CNS Global Advisors. Prior to that, she was Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Bricapital (Chief Investment Officer), a Miami-based private equity firm focused on the hospitality sector in the United States, the Caribbean, and Latin America. She has also held executive positions that took her to work in other continents, such as the Middle East and India.

Yrene holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Development and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the H. Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She also has postgraduate studies in logistics and commerce from the Merchant Marine Institute of Venezuela, and different designations and certifications, among them CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member). Ms. Tamayo holds a degree in International Relations from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
